Keep It Fun — Don't Let It Become a Burden

Responsible gaming at aago is more than following rules — it's a mindset. We want every bet you place to be a conscious choice, made within your means and for the right reasons. Millions of people across Bangladesh bet on aago, and the wellbeing and safety of every one of them is our top priority.

Online betting is a legitimate form of entertainment, but like any entertainment, it comes with healthy boundaries. Responsible gaming means setting those boundaries yourself — we're just here to help you do that. On aago, you'll find deposit limits, self-exclusion, cooling-off breaks, and more.

Never chase losses in betting. Every bet is independent and no outcome is guaranteed. If you feel that betting is affecting other areas of your life, it's time to take that seriously.

Aago's responsible gaming program is built to international gaming standards. We work with specialists to ensure you have access to the best support available.

Keep in mind: Betting is strictly for those aged 18 and over. aago enforces rigorous age verification. Any attempt to open an account by a minor is rejected immediately.

Aago's Responsible Gaming Tools

All tools are free — activate them from your Account Settings

Deposit Limit

Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Lowering your limit takes effect immediately, but increasing it requires a 7-day waiting period.

Loss Limit

Decide in advance the maximum amount you're willing to lose within a set period. Once you hit that limit, aago will automatically stop your betting.

Session Time Limit

Set a daily time limit for how long you play. Once that limit is reached, aago will log you out automatically and you won't be able to play again until the next day.

Cooling-Off Period

If you need some time away, you can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period, no bets or deposits can be placed.

Self-Exclusion

Exclude yourself from aago entirely for anywhere between 6 months and 5 years. Account recovery is not possible during this period. Think carefully before making this decision.

Reality Check

At regular intervals, aago will remind you — how long you've been playing, and how much you've won or lost. It's the best way to stay aware.

How do I activate the tools? Log in to your aago account → go to Settings → Responsible Gaming. You'll find all the tools there.

When Do You Need Help?

Everyone has a different relationship with betting. Some play once a week, others every day. But there are certain warning signs that suggest betting is no longer just entertainment — it's becoming a problem.

Be honest with yourself. Listen to the people who care about you. aago is always here when you need us.

01

Spending Beyond Your Budget

Using money set aside for household or personal expenses on betting is a significant warning sign.

02

Chasing Losses

Placing bigger bets after a loss to try to win your money back is one of the most common signs of problem gambling.

03

Neglecting Family & Work

When betting starts cutting into family time, affecting your focus at work, or creating tension in your relationships.

04

Sleep & Health Issues

Betting late into the night, disrupting your eating and sleep routine, or experiencing growing anxiety.

05

Lying about betting

Hiding or lying to family or friends about how much you bet.

06

Inability to take a break

Repeatedly trying to cut back or stop betting but being unable to, or feeling uncomfortable when you do.

8 Golden Rules of Responsible Betting

Stick to these habits and betting will always stay fun

01

Set your budget before you start

At the start of each month, decide how much you're comfortable putting toward betting — and once that's gone, stop for the month.

02

Be Prepared to Lose

Losing is part of betting. Only wager what you can afford to lose without it causing you stress.

03

Track your time

Keep track of how long you've been playing. With the Reality Check tool enabled, aago will remind you automatically.

04

Don't bet on impulse

Avoid placing large bets when you're angry, frustrated, or emotionally charged. Make decisions with a clear head.

05

Take Regular Breaks

Take at least one or two completely bet-free days each week. Spend that time with family.

06

Lock in your winnings

After a win, don't put it all straight back on. Withdraw a portion and keep it — that's how you walk away with real profit.

07

Never Under the Influence

Never bet while under the influence of alcohol or any other substance — your judgment is impaired and decisions suffer.

08

Don't hesitate to ask for help

If you feel something is wrong, reach out to aago Support right away. There's no shame in it.
